BUYERS BEWARE! ! DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this dealership!!! I purchased a $30,000 2020 Hyundai palisade from this location less than 72 hours ago and within l ! I purchased a $30,000 2020 Hyundai palisade from this location less than 72 hours ago and within less than 24 hours the speedometer was not working so I have absolutely no idea how fast I’m going while driving (picture below shows it stuck at 0 while I was on the highway!) and there’s major transmission issues. Of course it test drove perfectly, but now I am already stuck on the side of the road! After contacting the dealership, they are refusing to do anything about it. I’m not looking to return the vehicle, all I’m asking for is transparency and for them to fix the issues so that my vehicle is functional. Again, they could care less. 5months pregnant with two toddlers stuck waiting for a tow truck on the side of the road after spending $20,000 in cash with $10,000 financed and I have no car within less than three days! DO NOT TRUST THESE SCAM ARTISTS! More

I Purchased a 2015 Escalade from Heritage Cadillac about 2 months ago. I drove 2hrs to make this purchase. Only to get home to realize that the whole entire top of the car was faded and badly discolored. Ca 2 months ago. I drove 2hrs to make this purchase. Called back to the salesman who sold me the car, within a reasonable time frame and discussed with the gentlemen the issues that I had with the car. Only to never here from him again….So I called to speak with the General manager and discussed with him my problem and he assured me that he’d look into the the problem. His Direct answer was that they had “preyed on you”!!! I’m quoting exactly what he said on the phone only to never hear from him again. My end result, resulted in the trade of the car and I took a nine thousand dollar loss in less than 60days based upon the condition of the car. My expectation of purchasing a vehicle from a reputable dealership has led me to be disappointed. I would highly suggest that anyone who’s making a preowned Cadillac purchase NOT to make it here!!
