Dissatisfied Customer I My issue is with the Service Department Advisor! I have encountered several dilemmas with the same advisor over the years (I am a believer in second a My issue is with the Service Department Advisor! I have encountered several dilemmas with the same advisor over the years (I am a believer in second and third chances), but this time, I can’t resolve the frustration and disrespect. I waited over four hours to be informed that I needed to have a leaking hose from the condenser to the AC compressor replaced. Also, other personal issues were involved. After 4 hours of waiting and 1 hour and a half of waited time, the service on the SUV was finished within an hour and a half. No apology was offered by anyone! From a customer service perspective, I am very disappointed! More
