PLEASE BEWARE On March 15th I purchased a 2014 Cadillac ats with 62000 miles from this certified preowned dealer. On March 18th the radiator went out. I had the ca On March 15th I purchased a 2014 Cadillac ats with 62000 miles from this certified preowned dealer. On March 18th the radiator went out. I had the car towed to the dealer on the 18th. They kept the car until March 21st. I live over an hour away from this dealer. By the time I had gotten home the radiator had went out again. I wasn’t able to get the car back up there until March 27th because of my schedule. This time the service department kept the car for a month. The service advisor said in addition to the radiator being blown so were the head gaskets. I didn’t pick the car up until April 25th. The check engine light came on before I made it home. This time it was the exhaust emissions system. I spoke very briefly with Carl Broady on May 7th (used car manager I think that’s his title) about this situation. Carl assured me he would make this situation right. He said he would get me out of the car and he had already selected the perfect car for me. On May 15th I went to the dealership to get this car that Carl had selected for me. Talking with staff I was told my car would be salvaged and that the company was going to do better with selecting used cars. I was in the lobby with another gentleman having a similar issue. My salesman Rudy told me I would have to put a down payment on the car. Carl never said that. I didn’t have to put a down payment on the first car. He said I’m upside down in the car. I didn’t have the money to put down so I left. The day after I got home my check engine light came on again. It’s the exhaust emissions system again. I was told to speak with the owner miss Sabrina. I’ve called several times and left message. Still patiently waiting on her call. I will be taking the car back again tomorrow, May 18th. I feel like I’m being punished for trusting a certified pre owned dealer to sell me a lemon. Be very careful if you purchase a used car from this dealer. More

The facility is not near my home, but I do not mind traveling for a great service! More

We told him what we were looking for and he began showing us vehicles and showing his vast knowledge about the new vehicles and honest pros and cons of the vehicles we were making decisions about. The manager Steven was very helpful in getting us the payment we wanted and a good deal for our trade. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and provided top notch customer service. This the fourth Cadillac I have owned and looking forward to our first Cadillac Escalade. Highly recommend this dealership for your easy, no hassle buying experience in search of your new Cadillac. The only bad thing which does not reflect on the dealership is Cadillac is no longer offering the free oil change for the initial warranty period. That was a plus for me with my Cadillac CT6 and was looking forward to that incentive with the Escalade. I do hope Cadillac will reinstate this as most other dealers are even doing free oil changes for as long as you own your vehicle.
