Good Service This was my first time at Heritage. They go the extra mile to accommodate their customers while they wait, like providing internet and snacks. Fro This was my first time at Heritage. From my initial call, Heritage placed me in the hands of a personable service manager that dealt with my problem from beginning to end. Rob was very pleasant and professional. He explained to me that the two issues were likely connected and the techs fixed one of them as expected. But there were three issues that warrant them 4 stars instead of 5 stars: 1. Heritage had to order the parts, which took several days. But they didn't call me when they had received them. After 10 days, I called them inquiring about the parts to schedule the repair. 2. When the tech replaced the parts of my navigation system and finalized the repair, the navigation system hadn't changed from when I brought it in. I wonder if the issue could have been resolved without part replacements and just the manipulation of the resets as they alternatively did. 3. With the amount of work they performed on my navigation system, I realized they hadn't taken the extra step to upgrade my maps. Rib referred me to the website for navigation map upgrades that cost $99. A dealership having an extra copy of upgraded maps for their customers could have been a value-added measure having residual ROI through customer loyalty and satisfaction. More

My Rep Rob was excellent I had no problem with my service Rep, but I do want to make a suggestion about the associate who greeted me when I first arrived. I told her my service Rep was Rob, she sat me at his desk and said he would be with me. She never called to let him know he had a customer. Another employee asked if he knew if I was there, I said no, he called my service Rep and Rob came. My point is the Greeter should make sure The customer is taken care of before she leaves for her next guest arrivals. More

Service Repair My car been in service for 3 days. I received a call that the wrong part was sent. The next call was I need additional work that could not be seen at My car been in service for 3 days. Received a call that vehicle would be ready at 2:30 pm and if I needed a ride it would be furnished. Called back to confirm the ride. Was told my service consultant would call me for the ride from 1:15-2:42 pm no phone call and no ride. Nor could anyone find the man to get him to return the call. This is BAD BUSINESS!!!! More

Incredibly poor My 2005 Saab was in this shop for nearly a month and about $5,000! This dealership essentially bricked the car and forced me to install parts that My 2005 Saab was in this shop for nearly a month and about $5,000! This dealership essentially bricked the car and forced me to install parts that were simply and absolutely unnecessary. The do not know how to program Keys for a Saab even after installing a new CIM.
