Most Efficient service Since I got my cadillac, the service provided by Sonny has been excellent. He's truthful and straightforward about the issues of the car. The techs are quick efficient and do great work. I have yet to complain in 2yrs. Due to my disability Sonny brings everything to me. He goes beyond and listens to me explain the impossible recreated sounds and work with Corp for solutions.
