I've been a client of Julian's since 2005, and followed him wherever he goes. I recently had an issue with my 2008 Mazda Miata, and went to the Mazda dealership, where I was treated horribly by the Collisi him wherever he goes. I then got in touch with Julian, and headed immediately over to him - he directed me to Heritage Collision with John Burroughs. Two things: 1. Having Julian on your staff was probably one of the best decisions Heritage could have made. He is dependable, punctual, reliable, and ALWAYS goes above and beyond for every single person, making them feel extremely special and like a VIP. He will remain as loyal to Heritage as Heritage is to him, and honestly, I know that I and many others will be loyal to Julian for as long as he's in this business. I wouldn't trust my vehicle, or those of my family and friends (who also all come to Julian!) with anyone else. :) 2. John Burroughs - I trusted Julian's suggestions to work with the Collision department, and I'm glad I did. John and the team (including Tony) over there are AWESOME. They've been so thoughtful and worked so hard on my behalf to get my vehicle back in tip-top shape. I can't thank them enough for everything!!
