The dealership (Shelly) was very helpful. My car would not start (Many weeks of not driving it due to COVID-19 "Stay Home" guidelines. Got a jump (Allstate Motor Club), then called Shelly, who met me at H not start (Many weeks of not driving it due to COVID-19 "Stay Home" guidelines. We have a 2008 DTS and have only used Hertiage Cadillac for service since we purchased it at Heritage. I don’t remember when Sonny Emmons started being our service representative but he has been great. Ext for service since we purchased it at Heritage.
