The issue has been resolved for me. I bought my new premium SRX somewhere else and was very happy with everything with that dealer. They always got back to me when they said they would and didn't EVER call/email/mail anything to pressure me into buying "right now". During the time, I spoke with the manager after 4, yes 4, phone calls from the salesman saying that I needed to call back before the end of that month, even after I told him I found a car elsewhere. The manager didn't care much and never returned my phone call after talking to him once. Nothing you can do now. Why didn't I get this kind of message then. It's because you don't really care. You only care when something "bad" is said on the internet for everyone to see. Time to move on.

I am in Customer Relations and it is my sole purpose to make sure things like this do not happen to customers and that they are treated fairly and are completely satisfied. It saddens me that you were unhappy with us because I was unable help you. If I had known what was happening, things would have been much different. For the sake of future customers that might be in the same situation you were in, would you mind please telling me who you dealt with(salesperson and manager)? I am not angry or anything like that. I just cannot recommend your dealership to someone that is looking to purchase a $60k car. Between my wife and I, we buy a new car every 2 years. I have dealt with many dealers. I moved to Atlanta and you are the first dealer I work with. Not a good start for my first Cadillac either. However, I did find a dealer I have been very happy with. I didn't post something here to personally point out people publicly because that is not fair, I realize that. However, if you must know the names, I worked with Paul and the manager was Joel. I understand that Paul is a salesperson, although I didn't appreciate the obvious sales tactic phone calls. But after getting Joel involved, he wasn't at all helpful and didn't return a phone call like he said he would. Not professional at all. I do appreciate your sincerity. I am sure I am only one of a hundred that have a bad experience at your dealer, but it happened to me.
