I located a vehicle on the dealer's website, but the vehicle was a new listing and did not yet have pictures. Upon arrival, I spoke with Chris Taylor and took the vehicle for a test drive. I then made an offer and we began negotiations. We were unable to settle on a price and I ended up leaving. The next business day, Chris called and we once again began negotiating price. After several phone calls, and some miscommunication, we were still unable to reach an agreement. I then began speaking with a sales manager, who sorted out the miscommunication and assured me that he wanted to earn my business. He did just that. We were able to agree on a price and by the end of the negotiation, I felt that Heritage had given me a fair deal and had done a great job earning my business. I would recommend Heritage for anyone looking to purchase a car. More

I was very grateful for finding this dealership. I had to purchase a new car with three children under the age of five with me, which is no pleasant task. Steve Oxendine was able to spend the time talking with me about my trade-in and the cars on his lot, and my monthly payment calculations to the point where I felt it was actually worth the 90-mile drive to purchase our Suburban there. Living south of D.C., I passed up literally hundreds of dealers I'm sure, but it was of the utmost importance that I wouldn't experience someone playing games with me when I have three little ones in tow experiencing it with me. Our dealer, Jerome Nelson, was patient and helpful with all of our car seats, and he helped watch over the kids while we went through the whole process. My usually shy daughter bonded with him like he was one of the family by the end of the day. Jerome stood out in the pouring rain helping me set up my Bluetooth, OnStar, and XM, and it was obvious that he did not just care about making his numbers, but that we were satisfied customers. I would definitely contact Jerome and Steve again when we need our next car, and I've passed their business cards on to a friend considering a Suburban herself. We chose to purchase our car from Heritage because they had a good selection of used Suburbans on the lot, they were honest and professional, and helped make the car-buying experience a lot less stressful than I anticipated. Although we started out on challenging terms, I have to say in the end, this dealership did what it needed to do to get the deal done. Chris got me the best interest rate I've had in years. Sonny was a true gentleman the entire way around. Sonny helped me with some things that I left in my old car. I appreciated that. Although the car that I left with was not the initial car that I was interested in, I do love my car. I was promised a $50 Visa Card that I was told would come in the mail later, but it never did. I really just overlooked this since they got me such a good interest rate. The better interest rate was worth more to me than a $50 Visa card. I think the biggest lesson learned that I can share with a potential buyer regarding this dealership is that if you are an "internet shopper" and traveling from out of town, state, whatever----make the drive. A potential buyer in the showroom is stronger than a potential buyer on the phone. I think one of the best things about this dealership is their great selection of cars. More

They treated me like I was important, like one of the family before the deal was set in stone. That was mighty impressive. Patient, laid back, easy going, relaxed, professional, etc. I could go on. The main thing is, I explained what I was looking for, and what I was willing to pay. they listened, and put it togeteher for me. Other dealerships in the past were pushy, unprofessional, ignorant of the vehicles that they were selling, last but not least untrustworthy in the paperwork of the deal.
