I went to this dealership after a co-worker recommended Dontae' Davis and Heritage Owing Mills. I went there on Saturday, May 14th to look and test drive a Chevy Cruze. Dontae' listen to my needs and finan Dontae' Davis and Heritage Owing Mills. I went there on Saturday, May 14th to look and test drive a Chevy Cruze. Dontae' listen to my needs and financial situation and was able to work things out and get me into my new Cruze. Dontae' was very helpful and answered all my questions. I left there in my new Cruze and have enjoyed the experience of On-Star and XLM radio along with the smooth ride of my new car. I would recommend Heritage Owing Mills and Dontae to all my friends. Ed was very helpful even though I told him at our initial meeting that I would probably buy at another dealer( GMC Acadia Denalli). I told him I was doing a "due dilligence" reasearch for comparison purpose meeting that I would probably buy at another dealer( GMC Acadia Denalli). He answered all my questions and made sure I recieved everything i needed for my vehicle. Sonny and Mr. Scotty were very friendly and took their time when explaining everything to me. I never felt rushed by them. I knew that they were there to service me and help me with anything i needed. I would recommend this dealership to all my friends/family. Oh and let's not forget the buisness manager.(Mr.Gordon) He was also very polite.He made sure I understood all plans and helped me select the right plan for my car. More

I needed to purchase a vehicle for myself as a company car and needed it done quickly. Chris emailed me the vehicles he had that matched what I was looking for and then sent me pricing for each. I found there to be no haggling just honest and up front pricing so I choose the vehicle on a Friday and was driving it off the lot the following Monday. I have bought a few cars in my lifetime and this was by far the best buying experiance of them all. More

We were recommended to Heritage Chevrolet Buick by the neighboring affiliate, Mazda. The CX9 is a nice SUV but entirely too small, so that salesman took it upon himself to walk us next door and introduce neighboring affiliate, Mazda. The CX9 is a nice SUV but entirely too small, so that salesman took it upon himself to walk us next door and introduce us to the Chevy / Buick dealer. The salesman Ed patiently accomodated us as we drove various Chevy Traverses and a Buick Enclave, then accurately told us the differences between each model and trim level. Ed was straightforward in assessing the value of our trade in and spoke directly to us about the used car auction process and why our trade in was valued below blue book by the dealer. He then proceeded to get us more money for our trade in. The dealership also beat the price of a national car-buying service by about $500 without using any sales gimmicks or "bait and switch" tactics. We bought exactly the car we wanted with the features we wanted, and received a very fair price on our trade in. Additionally, we were walked through establishing the On-Star service and Ed explained in great detail how to maximize the benefits that come with that system. Finally, he even showed us how to synchronize both our cellphones to the Buick's bluetooth system. When the vehicle was brought to us to take home Ed noticed there were water spots on the body. He got a micro-fiber cloth and personally buffed out all the water spots and polished the chrome to a high shine. He also recommended a great restaurant nearby. Ed was never pushy, always respectful, and careful not to use any of the "typical" sales tactics we saw at other area dealers. More
After visiting several dealerships in the area, I came into contact with Steve at Heritage through Truecar.com. I had, by then, found a truck at another dealer that ALMOST was exactly what I wanted, close enough for me to buy. The price I negotiated with the other dealer was also acceptable. The truck, which was on their lot, had a few extra options that I didn't necessarily want, but that I also didn't mind having. Steve referred me to John, who showed me a truck on their lot that was as close as they had to what I was looking for. It was not close enough. Steve went to great lengths to locate a truck that meet my criteria, and was eventually able to find one. We settled on a great on-the-road price. I was not able to purchase that night, and planned on coming in the following day. Steve and John worked with me to great lengths to secure the truck from the other dealer and get everything ready and in-motion for me. When I saw the truck the next day, I was surprised to find that it had the Protection Package installed (bedliner, premium all-weather floormats, and mudflaps). They did not charge me a thing for it! The deal went off without a hitch, everything exactly as promised. I was very happy with the experience from start to finish. More

He was able to locate the vehicle within 24 hours and I picked it up 48 hours later (due to dealership being closed on Sunday). The Finance Manager, Mr. Gordon was equally friendly and very thoroughly in his explanation of all details related to protection available for my vehicle. In addition to the individuals I worked directly with on the purchase of the vehicle, staff members in the dealership would always speak and make sure that I was immediately addressed upon entering the building. I received several phone calls throughout the process to let me know where things stood and when I could expect to pick up my vehicle. I received a demonstration of all the features and it was beautifully detailed and ready for me to drive off the lot! I would recommend others to this dealership and Jerome Nelson for assistance with purchasing a vehicle. More
I went to three dealerships. The first was a Ford Dealer. I sort of liked the car but was turned off by the sales people. The second was Subaru - also bad sales experience. I liked the Malibu at Heritage but the cars on the lot just weren't right for me. Then the salesman asked me to go look at a 2010 Certified Pre-owned Malibu. I sat in it then drove it. I loved it. Sonny went above and beyond to get me in a new car without pressure then had no problem showing me a used car. I was given a fair trade on my old car and was out of there in about 2 hours with my *new* car. It would have been quicker if there hadn't been a wait to see the financing manager. One of the big things that drives people away from dealers is how long it takes to buy a car. I bought one in '87 and it took 8+ hours to drive the car away. This was, by far, a most pleasant experience. More
