I asked to talk to the service From the beginning to the end of the process of having my Jeep serviced was a very pleasant and satisfying experience. I asked to talk to the service tech to describe my needs and concerns and was given that access. The tech even checked with me with feedback during the service. I don’t always need this level of interaction, but in this instance I did and was given everything I asked for. While waiting I also looked at the new cars just to pass some time. I even met an awesome salesman who showed me new cars and features all while knowing I was not yet in the market. So all in all I couldn’t be more pleased with your dealership and the people that made it such a good experience. More
