Changes my opinion of dealerships. I've only had new cars my whole adult life. I go from lease to lease to build up credit and maybe have enough credit history one day to buy one out. Worst experience of my life Asked Ryan to place information on sheet 5 times until he got it correct and then said he could only hand write the information in the form. First he did not take off the additional $200.00 he said he would take off the list price. Refused to show the $1,000.00 down payment until I insisted. Said, "Don't worry it will show up." Finally, after 4 attempts, he got the information correct. Partly hand written, partly computer generated. If I could give him a zero, I would Additionally, he had me there 2 hours on Thursday to sign papers that took 5 minutes. More

The person that completed the paperwork did not collect the $5.00 county fee therefore there is a $36.00 credit at the state in which I have been unable to collect since Freedom wrote the check to the state. I have made no fewer than 5 calls left 2 messages and none have been responded to. That is why the rating is three stars and not five. Appears the priority of the sale was the sale itself and the aftermath was not important, so much for customer satisfaction. More
