Alan Pearson, Service Manager went above and beyond for us Our handicap accessible Chrysler Town and Country is the only way we can transport our 19 year old daughter with Rett Syndrome. We were told the van n Our handicap accessible Chrysler Town and Country is the only way we can transport our 19 year old daughter with Rett Syndrome. We were told the van needed a whole new engine with only 48,000 miles and Chrysler corporate customer service said it was not covered. I went to see Alan Pearson, the dealership service manager. He really went to bat for us and made some phone calls and turns out we had to pay much less than a new engine would have cost. Alyssa in Chrysler service was also so helpful and professional and made our lives a bit less stressful and that is priceless. Can't thank them enough!! I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone needing service on these vehicles. More

TREATED ME WONDERFULLY I had to have my Jeep towed there on a Sunday. Was on my way home to Pgh from a trip. Long story short, it turned out to be that what was wrong had I had to have my Jeep towed there on a Sunday. Was on my way home to Pgh from a trip. Long story short, it turned out to be that what was wrong had nothing to do with my Jeep and instead had to do with something that went wrong at the gas pump before we got on road. At that point they could have said, come get your car. But they looked it over, put gas in it for me, I asked them to do another small thing on the car that the Jeep dealer in my hometown forgot to do, held it for me the rest of the week. I picked it up the following Saturday and there was no charge. I think they went above and beyond, they were quick and efficient getting back to me and I want to say thank you from the bottom of my heart. Great service..... More
