Their internet sales person Sarron Anderson responded promptly to me via email. He was also very knowledgeable and professional when I called him. I had initially setup an appt for Monday. But I was so anxious, my fiancé and I decided to come Saturday afternoon instead to check out the Jeep Renegade. After a few minutes of browsing, RJ (Richard Miller) came out and greeted us. He made us feel very welcomed. I told him I wanted the White Jeep Renegade Latitude parked in the front of their lot. He was beyond accommodating. This guy is sharp! He didn't waste any time or play games. I was clear about what I wanted and he was clear about helping me make that happen ASAP! That's what I like. Once I accepted his offer for my trade-in vehicle we struck a deal. He was up front about the numbers and answered all my questions. (And I had a lot of them, lol). RJ was knowledgeable about the Renegade. He helped me pair my phone via Bluetooth. And to top it off, he even had my license plate holder from my old car (trade-in) put onto my new vehicle! I didn't even ask him to do that. That's how thorough he was. RJ is on the ball. My fiancé was so impressed with the way Freedom did business with me that he plans to come here for his next vehicle once he's ready. Everything went so smooth. Every single employee we encountered was so personable. It's definitely all that it's been hyped up to be. Amazing customer service!!! I went in for a brand new toyota, however I wasn't qualified for a brand new car because of my credit. I'm a 22 year old student with no credit but my sales rep (Amy) was amazing with helping me find a car anyway. I walked out with a 2009 KIA. It's very clean and I love it. She referred to it as a "boyfriend" car. Eventually I will get my "wedding" car that'll "marry" to. She was just absolutely awesome. Such a beautiful soul. Her professionalism was a 10, as far as knowing what she was talking about and her personality made me feel really comfortable and relaxed. Because I was very nervous. She was very patient and answered and my million questions that I had. I also loved their strategy at freedom Toyota Harrisburg, because unlike other car delearships that I've been to, they actually make sure they run your credit first and get you approved before they let you see the cars that you are approved for instead of letting you test drive a car that you'll obviously fall in love with just to find out you can't get that car because you're not qualified (in my situation). Point is, I will recommend anyone there. They have a lovely staff and just a lovely environment in general. When you go in, ask for Amy Troutman. She's awesome!!! More

When I sat down with him I told him what I was looking for and he took me to the exact vehicle on the lot and handed me the keys. While I test drove the vehicle he answered all of my questions patiently and pointed out some cool features about the vehicle. His passion and knowledge of each of the vehicles was evident. From start to finish Richard followed up and provided me with information I didn't even realized I needed to know as a first-time car buyer. He was open and upfront and addressed all of my concerns in a timely manner via email and phone. He had worked so hard to help me that I couldn't imagine anyone more deserving of adding another sale to their portfolio. Even after my purchase I came back to get some accessories, as I walked in the door they knew who I was coming to see! Richard came out and helped me selflessly! He's a stand up guy!
