He has an extensive knowledge of the features each Jeep model has to offer, and he was eager to point out the differences between them. It took three trips to the showroom before I made my decision, and Richard greeted me at the door each time. Rude salesmen and terrible service department. I brought my Cadillac in for service and inspection. I was told a few hundred in brake work was needed so I gave the go ahead. Once I was told the car was ready I had to wait over an hour to get it. While waiting, I looked at the new Ram 1500 trucks since I knew I'd be buying one in the next few months. I had to hunt a salesman down and once I did he didn't seem very interested in answering my questions. He was actually down right rude and seemed to want to be anywhere else but selling cars. Two days after I brought my Cadillac home the brakes failed on interstate 81. I almost got into an accident. I had the car towed to another garage to have them take a look at it. Long story short, these people totally screwed up my brakes. It cost me another few hundred dollars to have the brakes redone elsewhere. I was not about to take it back to this place and take my life into my own hands. I haven't gone back since and bought my new Ram 1500 from another more friendly dealership. Consider yourself warned. More
