I arrived way ahead of my appointment and the service person was right there to check me in. Beofre I was done getting checked in there was a mechanic there taking the truck into the shop. Good luck, with this place if you’re considering buying a USED car from them. This is the second vehicle I purchased from them that has had nothing but problems. I purchased a Chevy Equinox from them and wit USED car from them. This is the second vehicle I purchased from them that has had nothing but problems. I purchased a Chevy Equinox from them and within a month it needed a an oil pump that wasn’t covered by warranty. I then bought a 2013 Ford Edge from them in April of 21 with “ a current inspection” I test drove the car it sounded like it needed a rear right wheel hub assembly, when I mentioned it to the salesman he said they will look at it again of course they said it was fine. Dumb me purchased the car anyway and took it to L B Smith Ford for a once over well guess what I needed to replace the wheel hub assembly. Then in July the throttle body went out and I had to fix that, now the rear differential is out. I just don’t know what to say or do. If you want a reliable car don’t buy it from these people.
