This is the THIRD vehicle I've purchased from Joe. It's nice to go into a dealership and have them listen to your wants and needs and not be pressured. Joe has always been very easy to work with and makes nice to go into a dealership and have them listen to your wants and needs and not be pressured. Joe has always been very easy to work with and makes my experience wanting to come back. In fact--Joe had to personally drive to the Eastern Shore in order to secure my vehicle from another dealership. I liked the fact---that the sale wasn't about selling something on the lot, but rathar, finding exactly what I was looking for and making it happen! The dealership is well maintained and the entire crew is top notch---including the Sales Manager--Eric and Finance Director--Dave Hoffman. I was very impressed by the service. Everyone made me feel very comfortable, often dealers make me feel like they are pulling a fast one. But I thought everyone was honest and fair. I called and talked to Warren Sullenger who made sure the vehicle I was looking at was still on the lot since we had so far to drive. We drove an hour and a half to the dealership and Warren had the vehicle vehicle I was looking at was still on the lot since we had so far to drive. We drove an hour and a half to the dealership and Warren had the vehicle ready for me to test drive as soon as we got there. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He checked on all of the discounts we could get and got us a great price for the vehicle. He made us feel comfortable and was easy to talk to. I would drive that far again to buy a vehicle from him. Best car buying experience ever with Charles Smith. After having an extremely horrible experience at DARCARS I was not looking forward to my visit at Heritage. However I was very quickly put at ease after ta having an extremely horrible experience at DARCARS I was not looking forward to my visit at Heritage. However I was very quickly put at ease after talking to Charles about my last experience and my desire to trade in my car for a 2011. He was sincere in his effort to get me a good deal and made it a very pleasant and easy experience for me. Everybody I came in contact with was wonderful and genuine, to include Mike, Dave, and all the gentlemen in the building that did the financing. Thanks to the very fair trade-in value and rebates, I was able to drive away in a new car which I love. The gentlemen in the Finance building even found me another rebate after I had already initiated my purchase. Fabulous service from these guys and I highly recommend them! More

Justin helped me greatly with the purchase through a online Jeep forum. Even though he is over 8 hours away and I am not buying from his dealership. I posted a few questions on the forum and he replied online Jeep forum. Even though he is over 8 hours away and I am not buying from his dealership. I posted a few questions on the forum and he replied with answers no one else could/would answer. He even did a search for a Jeep in his area just to see if one was available.
