Scott...I got an email from you directly today, Feb 8 @ 2:35 pm so you obviously aren't being truthful. Every email I get from Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Owings Mills, I click "unsubscribe" and mark it as SPAM. Obviously, that removes me from your database since you can't seem to find me, but it doesn't keep the emails from continuing to flow in. Buyers beware before contacting these folks and make sure you are ready to be bothered to death. What a terrible way to try and get customer business.

We came home with our new Wrangler Jeep last night. It was a pleasure working with Kevin Howard. Such a wonderful salesperson. There was no pressure which is so usual to find when buying a big price item. He was so thorough showing us all the features before we left the lot and made sure we understood before we left.
