The sales staff was helpful and generally came across as trustworthy - which is not something that I can say about a few other Chrysler dealerships that I dealt with recently. We couldn't get to Catonsville - lots of catering commitments - but SALESMAN ED STILLS made i van for us was AN HOUR AWAY at Heritage in Catonsville.
