We live in New Jersey and purchased a used Nissan Armada online and communicating with Jalen Bobb, our salesman and Gregg Smith, Sales Manager. We can honestly say that this purchase was without a doubt, the most pleasant car buying experience we’ve ever had! Both Jalen and Gregg were very responsive to our requests for videos and additional information. They were professional and very pleasant throughout this multi-day buying process. When we encountered a scheduling glitch at the 12th hour to travel down and swap our Explorer trade in for the Armada, Gregg suggested that Jalen had agreed to drive the Armada up to us, pick up the Explorer and return back to the dealership. We had never experienced such a high level of customer satisfaction like this before! Jalen arrived at our house with the Armada and allowed us to physically inspect the vehicle and test drive it before final acceptance of the deal. The car was immaculate, almost brand new! We were thrilled with the entire experience! We absolutely love our new/used Armada, and will never forget our new friends at Heritage! I contacted several dealerships trying to find the Jeep that I always wanted. I got alot of contacts, emails, calls, voicemails, promises ... and nothing. Then I reached out to Heritage CDJR and talked that I always wanted. I got alot of contacts, emails, calls, voicemails, promises ... and nothing. Then I reached out to Heritage CDJR and talked to Tykai and Jalen. They both tag-teamed to find what I wanted. They found it in New York. They made the arrangements, then went to get it and bring it to Heritage. Then came the time to sign and go to the Finance Dept (I am never a fan) to see Gregg. I told Gregg that I was not interested in anything except signing and rolling out with my Jeep. He did not (not even once) try to push anything on me - nothing. I really respect that. He got me out of there very quickly. Very fair price, excellent service and now it is in my driveway. So, if you want some folks that will "listen" to you and work "for" you, reach out to Tykai and/or Jalen. These fellows don't mess around. And when the time comes to go to the Finance Department, tell them you want Gregg. He really knows his stuff. You won't regret any of it. As a result, I will be getting all of my service from Heritage CDJR. Worth the drive. More

Not a very good feeling when the Finance Manager thinks you were born yesterday and have no knowledge of leasing cars. With putting down the first month's payment, Myron chose to quote me $882 for 36m leas you were born yesterday and have no knowledge of leasing cars. With putting down the first month's payment, Myron chose to quote me $882 for 36m lease, $862 for 32m, and $841 for 42 months for a Trade-In payoff of $19,073 for a 2024 Jeep Latitude with the Altitude package (selling for 31k). Mind you, my credit score is well over 800. I have leased from this dealership a minimum of four times and have never dealt with such nonsense. When I went up to Myron, he waved me over but didn't get off his personal phone call. I started to explain how the quote was not only ridiculous, but also insulting. I then noticed he quoted me for a completely different vehicle than the one I wanted, I assume because he wanted to get rid of the blue SUV on his lot, had the wrong Salesperson attached to the quote (the only other female other than Joelle). Joelle was wonderful by the way, and I truly felt bad for her because her efforts went down the drain as soon as Myron and Gregg (another FI manager) got involved. Gregg will get his own review. He had me waiting for an hour until 9pm just to waste my time, insult my intelligence, and then have the gall to mock me when I said I was calling corporate, to whoever he still had on the phone saying "Ohhhhh she's going to call corporate." This is not even good behavior for a child, let alone a grown man, in a managerial role in a professional setting. I am appalled at how I was treated and will never consider leasing from HCDJR Owings Mills again. Myron, you had one job, and you failed miserably. I'm embarrassed for the Heritage brand. More
