Competent Would have been five star rating, however, took longer than expected. Almost two hours for oil change, tire rotation, and tire fix (nail in tire). Her manager was also very kind. The finance guy was nice, too - willing to answer all of my questions. The folks who cleaned and "detailed" the car weren't that great. They barely cleaned the inside of the car (foot prints on the seats, hair stuck down in the crevices of the seats...it's a used car). So, bottom line - buy your car there, but maybe don't get it serviced there. More
