the sales person was polite. After the transaction was complete, we were only given one set of keys. As we were leaving we were told that we would have to buy our own second set of keys. The day I bought my new Jeep Wrangler Unlimited I only had a short time that morning prior to heading out of town and I really wanted to take my new Jeep. I told Nick my plans and he made sure we hit my deadline and I was able to drive away, pick up my family, and hit the road in my NEW JEEP! Great Experience! Initially I went to this dealership because I received a response to an email from Bob Mazurek. Bob basically said "Hello" to us and "Goodbye" and Mike Kidd did the rest. Waiting times for different things were a bit long, (waiting for keys to move vehicles to test drive one, searching for the keys needed for the car chosen, and time spent looking for an owners manual for the car purchased--that was no where to be found). I all ready knew what I wanted which was a 2010 Dodge Caliber. Everyone knows your not Supposed to buy from the first dealership you visit. But they made it hard to pass up. Sally worked for ME from the get-go. She learned what kind of vehicle I needed, various wants and don't wants, and found the car (2011) in another State. She had to hold it a couple of days because I was working with another dealer (closer to home) and I was vacillating between 2010 and 2011 Town and Country. When the local dealer could not find a car for me, I called Sally and said, "You have my car!" She picked it up the next day and drove it by my home for me to see it--we met for the first time in my driveway. I said, "Good." The NEXT day she drove the car to my home completely registered, with tags. She set the automatic garage door openers for me, gave me a tour of the car and I gave her a check. Now that is SERVICE!
