Although I was probably a customer that required more of a salesman's time, having questions, wanting several test drives etc, I never felt like they were getting impatient or like I was being rushed. The prices they list on the internet are the best I've seen, so if you're not in the mood to haggle, you will do OK at this dealership. I typically like to buy cars from private owners so I don't have to play the games that car salesman play. They had a long chain of people to "check with" to get the price settled (a favorite salesman game), but most dealerships I've dealt with seem more slimy. Sadly there were not any floor mats for the car and only 1 Key (a replacement key from ford is $275 (ouch)) I'll take the blame for not inquiring about this as I shouldn't have assumed there would be 2, but I wish they mentioned that there was only one key before I gave them the check. I think these guys are honest and trying to build a good business, give them a shot. More
