service department was awesome I am from out of town, had an issue with Ram Promaster going into limp mode while heading back to CO. Service couldn't see me until the next day, but I am from out of town, had an issue with Ram Promaster going into limp mode while heading back to CO. Service couldn't see me until the next day, but understanding my time crunch, recommended a mechanic down the road. Independent shop also did a great job on a sticky problem, but I still ended up at Heritage the following day. It took a while, but they finally diagnosed it and kept me informed the entire time. The entire experience could have been really bad (three unplanned nights in a hotel) but it wasn't. Logan is a pleasant place to be stranded, as well! Thanks again, would never fail to recommend your shop. More

Great Buying Experience We came in for a used Ford car, Dave the salesman was awesome he helped us with everything. I didn’t want a Chrysler product and Dave was never pushy or even tried to get us in a Chrysler. If your looking for a car go to Logan and ask for Dave you won’t be disappointed. Don’t be afraid to have them do the financial stuff for you we got our loan threw the credit union I wanted and Shawnee in the financial office did all the work for us. Even with being seen at a dodge dealership you won’t be disappointed. Thanks Dave and Shawnee! More

However, after meeting Jorgie who is one of the great team I stopped at Heritage jeep dealership to browse around, not sure what I was going to buy. However, after meeting Jorgie who is one of the great team members there, I received all the information that I needed to make very informed decision. He was extremely friendly, answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable about the product and no pressure whatsoever! Customer service ends the minute you sign the papers I will start by saying the sales rep that we worked with, Jorgie was very nice and informative. The buying process was efficient, and I have no complaints here. I think we were an pretty easy sale. That being said, as soon as the papers were signed, the customer service ended. We were informed there was one key available for the vehicle and we would need to pay $210 for a second (I have purchased new and used car in the past and never once wasn't provided two keys). Luckily, Jorgie was able to get in touch with the previous owner who very kindly mailed us the key and maintenance history on the vehicle. We realized shortly after bringing it home that one of the backseat seat belts was frayed. It is still functional but gets hung up easily and becomes challenging to operate. I called to see if I could bring it in on a Saturday. The shop told me to stop by but sales told me the shop couldn't look at it until a weekday as only lube technicians were in on Saturdays. I held off and stopped by the following week. The shop was too busy to look at it and encouraged me to schedule an appointment, something I would have been happy to do on Saturday over the phone if they thought it was necessary. I scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday. At this time, they knew it was for the seat belt issue and they knew I wanted to know about warranty coverage, given that I had just bought the vehicle. I showed up Saturday morning and about 35 minutes later, they confirmed that the seat belt was fraying due to the adjustment of the back seat (laying it down, and bringing it back up). (I think it's important to note that the back seat belts had been replaced a year ago for the same issue by the previous owner.) Unfortunately, sales isn't in until later and they would have to call me with the report on what it would cost or if anything was covered (I'm not sure why they didn't advise on this and offer to schedule me when both service and sales were in.) Final answer, they were willing to give me the part at cost and discounted labor, to provide me with a fully functioning seat belt for $300 just a little over a month after buying the vehicle. The folks at Heritage are very friendly, that is true. Their actual customer service in my experience is non-existence after the vehicle purchase is made. I do not recommend them and will be letting friends and fellow fleet managers know this. Quick update - we had an appointment schedule to replace the seatbelt at cost. My husband showed up and the service department had no record of the appointment. We are rescheduled for Monday. I have now wasted multiple afternoons trying to have, what should have been a simple warranty replacement, resolved. More
