Thankfull I was in the market for a new truck. I wanted to buy something that would last and suite me well. I also needed to be in a very specific price range. I was in the market for a new truck. Purchased a Ford Explorer I just bought my Ford Explorer from Heritage Ford yesterday and Bill LaBonte was the salesperson that helped me out in the process. He is a nice and I just bought my Ford Explorer from Heritage Ford yesterday and Bill LaBonte was the salesperson that helped me out in the process. He is a nice and easy going guy and he was extremely personable during the entire purchase process. We shared stories about our family and children and had a lot in common. I was getting out of lease and wanted to get into another because my 1st experience with Ford Leasing was perfect. My former Sales Rep had moved on and Dylan stepped right up when I told him how I was sad to not have the same Sales Rep and immediately worked very hard to make this experience even better than my last. We spoke via phone and text often ensuring when my lease was ending and the best buy out we could get for my 2014 For Fusion I was leasing currently. Got the car I absolutely wanted and the price point in which we spoke about was spot on. Dylan was there on my signing/delivery day (it was his day off), to ensure it was a smooth transition. The experience was so good I signed onto the Ford Maintenance and Wear Care Plan, knowing I was given the best deal and price in that area also. The Finance team was easy to talk to , explained everything and also took the time and didn't rush into any thing I was not prepared for (Chad Tobin) was super. I have yet to speak with Mike Leclerc but I was told he would be following up with me in regards to my 2014 Fusion to ensue there are no problems with the car as far as damages and such for the turnover. More
