I decided to cross Lake Champlain and visit Heritage, upon arriving I was greeted by Brett Bush. We were able to negotiate a price I was comfortable with, and within an hour and a half I was in Abby’s office singing the papers. A week and half later, I receive the paper work so I could transfer the registration from my old car to the truck. Everything I needed was included even the DMV forms for NY already filled out, I just had to sign them. Fantastic A+++ More

Hassle Free Process I went to Heritage Ford to start the process of replacing my 13 year old Focus. I really did not want to replace it. I decided I liked the Ford Fiesta and after my test drive I was convinced. The only problem was I wanted a ruby red one with a few extras. Andrew was great he found the red Fiesta at another dealership and once it arrived at Heritage I had my new car. I couldn't be happier. I wish all the previous cars I bought went so smoothly. Ford Purchase I went in to Heritage Ford after seeing a Ford television advertisement offering 0% interest for 72 months. I had never been to Heritage before and wa I went in to Heritage Ford after seeing a Ford television advertisement offering 0% interest for 72 months. I had never been to Heritage before and wasn't sure what to expect. When we arrived, we noticed that the dealership was very busy and we ended up having to wait to talk to an associate. Robby came over to us as soon as he became available. He sat down with us and listened to all of our needs before helping us find the perfect car for us. Robby and his manager (Mike) worked with us to make sure the car would fit in our budget, and they were patient when I took my time making a decision. The only negative was the wait time before meeting with the finance department after deciding to buy the car, but again, the dealership was very busy due to the amazing financing offer that Ford was offering, so I can't fault the dealership for that. I am completely satisfied with my new Ford Focus and would definitely purchase from Heritage Ford and Robby again. Thanks again for all of your help (and your patience)! More
