Always a good experience at Heritage Ford. Service was scheduled for an oil change and rotate winter tires on my 2019 F-150. Gary noticed I was due for inspection as well as replacing the in cabin air filter that was covered under my maintenance plan. Timely and courteous is what I’ve come to expect from the team at Heritage.

Overall the service was excellent. However, was not able set up the appointment on my phone and did not get factory replacement wiper blades when requested. Yes I was not charged anything for them but I need to now make another trip to the dealership for the correct fitting blades

Routine 20,000 mile check A call telling me my vehicle was ready would have been nice. Avoid moving the seat please, it was moved all the way back Why does Heritage Toyota seem to do more for the customer? They call when the car is ready They have never repositioned the drivers seat They give your car a quick wash It’s the little things that make the difference. Why is Heritage Ford so different? The sales team is great, the vehicles are great, the work is great, just a few honest comments to help improve your overall quality.

So a little adventure from 2020.... We make the trek to Burlington VT. Ride is gorgeous. Foliage was the best I’ve ever seen. About 20 min from our destination my 2 year old explorer that I purchased brandy spanking new starts bucking and throwing traction warnings etc. we get into Burlington 2 miles from the hotel and the thing won’t go over 35. Thank god my husband is calm because I was having a complete hissy fit meltdown 😂😂😂 Well thanks to Ford they sent a tow truck to the hotel and we decided that I just needed to remain calm and enjoy the night which equaled getting drunk! Fast forward to the this morning Eric took a cab to Heritage Ford and met Shawn Clifford the service department and he was amazing. He had my car in the shop and repaired by noon with a free rental lined up if it couldn’t be repaired that same day. Ended up being a MAP sensor so all is good now. I can’t thank them enough. They don’t advertise that they are open on Saturday’s and fixed this anyway knowing we were from out of town. Such a great experience and we can go on enjoying the rest of our time here.
