Excellent Service I live in FL and purchased a new F150 at a local dealer there and within a week drove the truck to VT to spend the summer season. I found a problem wi I live in FL and purchased a new F150 at a local dealer there and within a week drove the truck to VT to spend the summer season. I found a problem with the trucks trailer plug and called the selling dealer,no luck, called the Ford helpline, no luck, called a dealer near me in VT, no luck. Heritage Ford was recommended by a friend, so I took the truck in.( 100+ miles round trip ) Very long story short, Service adviser Shawn Clifford and Heritage employees won my problem and as a result it was found that the selling dealer neglected to install a brake relay and fuse. It was not Heritages problem, but they took care of it. Having had no luck with my initial inquires,, fair to say I wasn't happy with Ford. Heritages service restored my faith in Ford, and they deserve a pat on the back. More

Great experience! We are a Mom and Pop (seriously just the two of us!) landscaping business so when our old dump truck gave up in early May we were in a world of hurt We are a Mom and Pop (seriously just the two of us!) landscaping business so when our old dump truck gave up in early May we were in a world of hurt!! BUT Heritage had two 2015 F550's Diesels on the lot and outfitted and ready for work! Our truck gave out on Tuesday and Melvin had us back in business with a new truck on Wednesday! We picked our new truck up at 4 pm and delivered a load of compost to our client right on schedule! More

Great Team to work with Was in the market to purchase a new company vehicle as my current 2011 Taurus had 135,000 miles on it and wanted to trade out for a new one. Adam R Was in the market to purchase a new company vehicle as my current 2011 Taurus had 135,000 miles on it and wanted to trade out for a new one. Adam Rich and Andrew Melvin took in my trade and provided a great trade in value toward a new 2015 Taurus Limited, and Andrew tracked down the exact car I wanted with the options and was able to to seal the deal with ease. Great car, horrible followup service After some painful negotiations that involved them trying to guilt me into accepting less for my trade than was originally offered, my new car was del After some painful negotiations that involved them trying to guilt me into accepting less for my trade than was originally offered, my new car was delivered with scratches and scuffs in the interior on June 8th. At the time I thought "Oh, that'll probably be fine, I'll just ignore it." And the car is really great, I love it. But it irritated me that my brand new car already had issues. On June 9th I contacted the salesman Andrew Melvin to let him know that there were some scratches and scuffs on the top of the steering column. He asked I stop by with it, which I did. He said he'd get back to me in a week with a solution. On June 28th (after two weeks of silence) I emailed him asking for a status and he said it'd still be another week or so. After FOUR more weeks of silence I re-emailed him asking for an update. He stated "We can try to get you the part at our cost but the expense will be on you. " I replied that it was insulting to be told I needed to pay to correct issues that came with the car. I said I needed it to get fixed ASAP or to tell me if they won't. That was over a week ago. The only email I've received is a "Personal thanks" for buying the car that was clearly system generated - and ill timed. No customer should have to persistently followup with a person or company over and over after being ignored only to be told that they'll have to pay to fix the issues that existed when the car was delivered. Unfortunate. More

New Utility Van I work for a non-profit and we recently purchased a new Ford Transit Connect van. I worked with Andrew Melvin on this and he was able to find exactly I work for a non-profit and we recently purchased a new Ford Transit Connect van. I worked with Andrew Melvin on this and he was able to find exactly what we needed including interior accessories. There were a few complications with finalizing paperwork on my end and it was all handled easily and professionally by Andrew and Steve.
