This was my first experience at any dealership, and Brett set the standards very high! I'm only 26 and was not expecting to have to deal with leasing a vehicle on my own. Two years ago my dad helped me lease an Escape (great car, by the way!) However, he died before my lease was up. I had no idea what to do since he used to help me with any car decisions. I first emailed Mike Hassett, who connected me with Mike Connolly. Connolly suggested I worked with Brett after hearing about my circumstance. Brett was so nice and accommodating! The whole team helped me get all the Ford rebates I qualified for, which turned out to be more than I thought. Quiet honestly, I was very apprehensive about going into a dealership because of my lack of experience with negotiating and all the other things I heard you need to do when you're buying/leasing a car. Brett made me feel confident in my decisions and was so helpful and knowledgeable about everything. He listened to what and I wanted and delivered. It couldn't have been easier. I felt comfortable asking about things I didn't know about and Brett was very straight forward. He's awesome! At first all I wanted was a more affordable alternative to my current Escape lease. I ended up leasing a Fiesta hatchback that was on internet special and I absolutely LOVE it! It's such a fun car. More

We met and talked about our needs while the F150 was being appraised and about my pricing requirements. Amazing Customer Service! We were sent to Heritage website by a friend who told us Heritage might have better offers than the dealers in our area. They were so right. He was so patient and thorough with all my questions and requests for more information. I emailed him several times working out the details. The only time I actually went to the dealership was to pick up the new Escape and it was all done so quickly. We have purchased many new vehicles, but this was our first lease. Brett and Abby were efficient and professional and great about explaining everything we should know about leasing. We traveled 2 1/2 hours to get our Escape from Heritage and I will do it again when the time comes. The customer service here gets an "A"! Very Disorganized I went in with a very specific need and walked out with what I wanted. However, I was charged $300 more than what the sales price was and my registrat I went in with a very specific need and walked out with what I wanted. However, I was charged $300 more than what the sales price was and my registration took over a month to be mailed to me (I know this was NOT the DMV's fault because I had a registration mailed to me from them in less than a week for a different car). I also had to wait over a month to get in touch with my financer even though they swore I would hear from them in a few days. Easy questions like those took forever to get answered. They sold me a car that is FORD CERTIFIED with a dead battery and swore it was fine. They did exchange it for free but had they just done it when I asked them to I would have left a lot happier. Erika really tried her best for me. It was obvious that she was new but she was genuine and she did look into things for me. In the end, I had to get my own answers to my questions but I do know Erika tried. She is very honest but very inexperienced. I appreciate her honesty though. I blame management not her. They increased my apr from .9 to 2.9 magically, claiming it was because of my credit which is almost a 750 ( I know they did this just to make more money because I am sure they split the increased profit with the bank). I will not recommend anyone to go here. They screwed up alot of easy things and I have never heard of a dealer that sends you away with keys in hand, not knowing who or how you get in touch with the bank your loan is through. More
