This has and is the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Tyler was very personable and made me very comfortable, not leaving me needing or asking for anything. He is without a doubt, purchasing a vehicle. Tyler was very personable and made me very comfortable, not leaving me needing or asking for anything. He is without a doubt, a Class A professional. He responded to every text and phone call, and even sent me a photo of my vehicle being downloaded. That’s was a treat and made me even more excited!! The replacement of the window motor was done pretty quickly. The folks at Heritage don't believe in giving the customer a little extra though. They never clean my car when I have work done there. Took my van in to Honda to Have them figure out what was wrong. They were very helpful and got the job done fast! A little pricey but my van was back on the road the same day!
