I said ‘yes’ for recommendation, but this might change to ‘NO’, depending on my next visit for maintenance. Everything was GREAT (all the right worksheet boxes checked off!) till I drove off after the maintenance was completed and noticed a warning that my tire pressure was low! My service rep had driven my car around front to me and she failed to notice/say anything. Tires were rotated and pressure checked according to their checklist. Had to call from my next stop and though MY rep wasn’t available, they apologized and said to bring back. Again, she was on the phone, but afterwards, although someone else offered to help me as I stood by her desk, she let them and left the area, ignoring me. Air was added to all 4 tires, which was quite disturbing since it implied they never bothered to do this in the first place. Makes me wonder what ELSE was skipped!?! This couldn’t be explained to me, since “sorry, I wasn’t your original rep”. Then it took 2 people to delete the computer generated warning. Due to the volume of traffic by the time I left this 2nd visit, I couldn’t make a left turn out of the dealership and had to take the long way home. When I got home, I remembered to look at my trunk, above the bumper, where I thought I saw a dent while watching them add air. Sure enough, there IS one! Recalling my driving the previous day, I can’t see how this could have occurred, but since I can’t prove it happened during the time it was left at Honda, I’m on the hook for it. Oh, and the ‘free’ car wash, valued at $9, is barely worth it - entire back windshield wasn’t touched. All in all, this Honda visit did NOT make my day! More

I started out feeling good as Derick, our salesperson, was patient with me looking at different colors, trims, etc. of the 2021 CR-V Hybrid. He was quite knowledgeable about cars and polite. Then I went ahead and looked at trading in my car, even though I wasn't ready to buy yet, thinking this might be the right time before my other car got any older and hearing that trade-in offers were good right now. I was hoping to get more for my 2012 CR-V, but do understand trading in means convenience versus selling it myself, like I had always done before. I went ahead and bought, then had some buyer's remorse, in part because I didn't do my homework first (which I would have done complete with spreadsheet if I went in ready to buy) and in part because I didn't take the time to get all my questions answered before I signed on the dotted line. That said, I let the dealership know when they called to check in that I was not feeling good because I still had questions, and the Manager took the time to call and work through it with me, as it was important to them that I be a happy customer even though they already had my money. I respect that and appreciate that. Thank you. That said, had I gone through the whole process and took my time, I might have done some things differently now that I understand better the way they deal with dealer add-ons, including the Nitrogen Package for tires, which I had just heard about that day. All said, I do love my new Honda CR-V EX-L Hybrid! More
