Typical salesman. They mislead you and get you to agree to numbers that you are not comfortable with. They lie about how they come up with your interest rate and squeeze every last dollar out of you. Magically the number is 1 cent under your max instead of just giving you a good deal. They are clowns and they made a sucker out of me. Horrible people to deal with. Joe the salesman responded to my emails right away before I purchased the car but did not respond to 3 emails and 2 voicemail with questions after I purchased the car. Why would he?...they already got my money and I have no recourse at this point. Im stuck. More
