The Sales Managers are complete liars. Worked a deal over the phone with multiple managers because I live a hour and a half away. I was promised my terms would be met. They were not even close. Bad service, they can’t fix a small issue. They are just oilchangers, no mecanics. I have my car from over a month in there for a clunking noise, and I pick it up in the same condition. Great Sales Experience Had a great experience here on New Years Eve. I had received an internet price 2 days prior in which I then spoke with Andre who was very informative Had a great experience here on New Years Eve. I had received an internet price 2 days prior in which I then spoke with Andre who was very informative and open about any extra charges (doc fee, destination, etc.) A lot of dealers I spoke with would not reveal some of those until you come to the dealer in person. I showed up 12/31 at 9:30am and was on the road before 12pm with my new truck even after cleaning out the old one. a few negotiations back and forth and they made a deal that worked for me. Andre was awesome and held to his word of having me out the door by 12pm. Great sales experience More
