great sales man sales manager a jerk mike was a very helpful salesman . The sales manger agreed to one deal then when I came back tried to add a year to the financing with the original pa mike was a very helpful salesman . I got up to walk out and suddenly his amnesia went away. He remembered the original agreement. I have bought 3 cars from here and this one is the last. I are a corporate company that could care less about the customer. They try to rip off everyone that comes through the door. Do yourself a favor buy some where else. The whole Heritage Group is a joke. I had a very similar experience at Heritage Parkville so I tried Fallston same garbage experience. Mike Dowdey was the first one I met but the clown who tried to rip me off is not listed in the employee list shocker. He is in the same department as Mike sorry pal. More
