Don’t waste your time My husband and I were lied to about pricing over the phone to get us to drive an hour with our two children. When we got there the “big wow” price dif My husband and I were lied to about pricing over the phone to get us to drive an hour with our two children. When we got there the “big wow” price difference was $61 on a brand new Honda Pilot. Over the phone i was told it will be well worth my hour drive and i wouldn’t be disappointed. I was honestly insulted! If you want to deal with the stereotypical car sales men go here. Truthfulness goes much further compared to sales pitched lies! The manager called this morning to ask if I had any questions. I expressed my frustration and his response was “call us if you have any questions in the future” He didn’t even address my concerns. I have always done my own auto maintenance in the past, but age and multiple surgeries have caught up to me. I have done timing belt changes before, just takes patience, adherence to the service manual and concentration. To ensure the jobs were done correctly, I decided that the dealership would be the best place. Talking to the service advisor gave me confidence in the shop. I will be paying attention to the items done to validate my decision. More

Not Happy! Had a horrible experience when my 2019 Honda CRV had a stalling problem 3 different times same issues with in the first 3 months of ownership and not Had a horrible experience when my 2019 Honda CRV had a stalling problem 3 different times same issues with in the first 3 months of ownership and not even 3,000 miles on the car. First time they said Honda doesn't cover rental cars for this so I ended having to use my secondary car in which it's not meant for this it's a show car. Second time the stalling problem happened the service department didn't have any free loaner cars, so I ended having to pay out of pocket ($170) for a rental car in which this was ridiculous with such a new car. Then Stalling happened again a third time where they didn't have any free loaner cars again I had to go get a rental car ($67 that time). I ended up trading the CRV in because I didn't fell confidence in a car that would stall out at any time including it did going 60 mph on the highway, regardless of the cause of this problem no new car should let you down this bad especially a brand new Honda and I should be repaid my rental car expense for the major inconvenience this had given me. Thankfully I'm out of that car and in a 2019 Mazda CX-3 that I purchased from there sister dealership in which they did an excellent job getting a great deal with what I had. More

100,000 mile check up Nick Sloan is the gentleman who regularly takes care of my CRV! He is very knowledgeable as to what my CRV needs!! He is also the only one who realize Nick Sloan is the gentleman who regularly takes care of my CRV! He is very knowledgeable as to what my CRV needs!! He is also the only one who realized I was a Veteran and gahas given me a Veteran's discount since!! For this I am very thankful!! He should be commended on his work ethic, professionalism & personality.
