They help used car salesmen live up to their reputation!!! I went there pre approved for a loan and made it very clear to the salesman and manager that I was going through my bank. When we get to the time to s I went there pre approved for a loan and made it very clear to the salesman and manager that I was going through my bank. When we get to the time to sign all the paperwork, they had all the paperwork drawn up for "their" bank. Then only after we take delivery of the vehicle, they hand us 1 key pad. They claim that is all they had??? REALLY, this is a dealership. So my wife went back to the service department a few days later to have them cut another key/pad. They charge her almost 300 dollars for what should have been given to us in the first place. Poor customer service, will not purchase anymore vehicles from them. More

The service advisor smiled in my face while lying to me. Service advisor said that I had a issue that would need to be addressed within the next 6 months. Didn't have any problems with my vehicle until afte Service advisor said that I had a issue that would need to be addressed within the next 6 months. Didn't have any problems with my vehicle until after work was done on it. This issue is now immediate and Advisor lied to me saying he said my issue was immediate! I was given a estimate for repairs now close to 4k. Escalated my concern to Service Manager who offered a " discount" down to 2.7k. WOW! More
