Great Salesman My 21 year old was buying his first car. He called me at work to tell me that he was out and about to buy this car. Of course being his first time buying a car, I told him NOT to sign anything and to please come home first so that me and his Dad could look things over. I was worried that my son was going to be overwhelmed with the spiel of the stereotypical "car salesman" Well, he did bring things home, we looked over everything and thought it all looked good, and went with him to the dealership the following day. There we met the salesman with whom he was dealing Ed Svidunovich. I immediately got a good sense from him. He was an honest, forthright and upstanding individual. I think we all liked him immediately ( and to be honest I am very suspicious of people's intentions, and I immediately call BS if I think I am being fed a line.) Ed was probably the nicest car sales man I have ever dealt with. Just a real class act. I will definitely go back to Heritage Honda if I have future needs, and would only give Ed Svidunovich our business. I would give the dealership an overall 5 if we didn't have to sit through an hour of upselling from the finance guy after dealing with Ed. Ed himself is a 5 star employee. More

Two vehicles in one week. I purchased a Ridgeline from Scott while I was on vacation just over a week ago. One week later another truck popped back up into their inventory tha I purchased a Ridgeline from Scott while I was on vacation just over a week ago. One week later another truck popped back up into their inventory that I really wanted. Scott made the transaction happen with extremely minimal impact to my new deal. I really liked the first truck but I love my updated truck. Initially I traded in a 14 year old Honda Element and will be in my Ridgeline another 14 plus years. Scott assisted me every step of the way explaining the transaction line by line. He thoroughly went over my warranty options and gave me a great deal on an extended warranty. I needed a bug deflector for the hood and an additional key cut as a backup and Scott ensured the additions were done in a timely manner. Not only did he sell me the truck, I found the military attention to detail a plus as well. Scott goes over every single area of your vehicle before he delivers it. While I was waiting I saw him with a rag wiping a small spot off of the tire before showing me the finished product. Two deals on a trade in one week is a lot of work and Scott was literally running around the dealership making sure I wasn't there all day. He does it all. I will continue to not only by Honda, but all of my vehicle sales will be through Scott. Thanks again for an awesome experience. I will be back....next week. :) More
Customer Service at its best!!! In this day and age customer service has taken a back seat. Well, I have to take the time to say I have found the dealership and the service writer that has changed my mind. I had a strange sound from my brakes and took my Honda to the dealership I bought it from and was told, there's nothing wrong, its just the brakes squealing because of brake dust. Nooo, it was raining and they are disc brakes. I may be a woman but I'm not stupid. I took it to the ford dealer right down the road, and I needed rear brakes and they were new just like the front brakes. Then on my way to my nephews soccer game in Bel Air, I stopped at Bel air Honda and met Bridget. She treated me as though I had been a customer for years, explained the "we have to be able to reproduce the sound" and did. She then explained to me that the squeal was actually a stone caught in the brake pad, and how to resolve the issue. WOW I was floored to be treated like a customer that mattered and because the brakes were new there could be NO issue.Well there sure was. I will drive 38 miles out of my way for such great service. Thank you Bridget. You have myself and 4 other family members coming your way. More
