Quick and painless! JR helped me find the best car for me and my growing family. He was extremely knowledgeable about the Honda Pilot and took me through all of the demonstrations for using the vehicle. He was able to find a Pilot in the color combination I wanted and went to get it himself. The car was ready to go the next day. He had it cleaned and all paperwork ready to go when I arrived. It was the easiest car buying experience. I recommend JR and Bel Air Honda to all future buyers. More
great experience with salesperson Went to Bel Air Honda with a certain car in mind, along with a set budget. My assigned salesperson, David Jackson, was great to work with. He provided Went to Bel Air Honda with a certain car in mind, along with a set budget. My assigned salesperson, David Jackson, was great to work with. He provided excellent service, was patient and not the typical "pushy salesperson", and most of all, he helped me find the car that met my "wish list" and also met my budget. He was more than willing to help me leave the dealership as a very satisfied customer . I would highly recommend him!!!! More
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! I am not a proud owner of a Honda CRV because of this experience. The fees are outrageous and the sales department managers are not friendly nor help I am not a proud owner of a Honda CRV because of this experience. The fees are outrageous and the sales department managers are not friendly nor helpful. It's best to purchase from a different Honda dealership if you are in need of a Honda. I am building a blog and will use social media to exploit this horrible establishment. More

Waste of time I contacted them to set up a test drive of a vehicle and had an appointment made for the next day. I tried to show someone the listing that afternoon I contacted them to set up a test drive of a vehicle and had an appointment made for the next day. I tried to show someone the listing that afternoon - maybe three hours after setting up the test drive and the listing had been removed because the car had been sold. After sending texts, a chat, and calling, I finally found out the vehicle had been sold on two days prior. Thank goodness I tried to show the listing to someone or I would have wasted over an hour driving up there to see a car that they no longer had. They asked me if there was anything else I was interested in seeing - no. I really don't want to give business to people that don't even know what they have in stock. I can only assume they thought they would get me in the door for this 'test drive' and then I would look at something else they have and buy that instead. More
Purchase Ok, Service is Miserable The purchase of my second Accord went as well as any car transaction. I tried to phone for my first oil change appointment and failed to get through The purchase of my second Accord went as well as any car transaction. I tried to phone for my first oil change appointment and failed to get through on all 4 phone numbers listed. All menu choices took me to a message that said "the call cannot be completed". I await a call back after sending a contact form via the website. My recently traded in Accord needed airbag attention due to the recall. I left it for about 6 hours as they said it would take that long. Upon returning, they said they only did one side and would so the other the next day. I asked for a loaner and was told to rent a car and they would reimburse me. I chose to drive it back the next day. I waited almost 2 hours for their ONE courtesy vehicle to pick me up where they dropped me. Sales OK, service department, IMO sucks. More

STAY AWAY from the used car department!! I bought a 2007 Bmw 530xi fron the used car department on November 28th. Car had 110,000 miles, clean carfax, seemed to be in great condition. I admit I bought a 2007 Bmw 530xi fron the used car department on November 28th. Car had 110,000 miles, clean carfax, seemed to be in great condition. I admit I did not inspect the car 100% because I heard it was a good dealership and trusted them. It was raining and was dark at the time that I bought the car. I did get to see it under lights when the salesman pulled it up for me. Didnt notice anything that would turn me away. I did purchase the car that night for $10,200 cash off the lot with tax and tags included. The next day I noticed that the windshield wipers needed replaced and the sunroof did not close after being opened so I called the dealership and they asked me to bring it up to take a look at it and so they could try and fix the problem. They replaced the wipers no problem then told me that they would not fix the sunroof that I would have to pay $290 for parts from Bmw and that they would then fix it. I was told that I got the car for a "deal" and that they would be losing money by paying for the parts. The salesman Mike Logsdon could see how frustrated I was so went to talk to the managers again. He came back and said they would split the cost with me for the parts. I still didnt think it was right so Mike Logsdon went and talked to a different manager whom finally agreed to fix the sunroof at zero cost to me. Came back that weekend after parts came in and had it fixed, also told the salesman that the car had been smoking out of the grill. I was told it was probably fron the rain hitting the hot radiator. A few days had passed and it had finally stopped raining, and I noticed the whole passenger side had been repainted. I could only tell this after the weather had cleared up. The manager said I could trade into something else but no refunds. There was nothing on the lot I liked at my price range so I decided to stay in the Bmw. That same day I noticed the car smoking from the radiator, and it was not raining. Also noticed a puddle of oil under the car as well as bad vibrations down the highway coming back home from the dealer (first time driven on highway, usually take bel air rd all the way home). I called the dealer the next day and informed them of the problems I was having. They asked me to bring it into service for them to look at. Took the 45 minute drive back to the dealership to drop the car off that day. The next day the service writer called me and left a voice mail on my phone saying "we gave your car a look and contacted used car manager Mike Dowdy to see if he would cover the repairs but he has refused to cover these and is saying that you bought a 9 year old car with 100,000 miles " then went on to tell me again that they refused to cover the repairs. I had a conversation with Mike Dowdy over the phone and he told me the oil leak, bad vibrations and other problems I am having are normal for a car this old then went on to tell me this is why he would never buy a Bmw. I also asked him if I bought all the parts to fix the problems if they would do the work, and he refused to do that as well. I now have a $5800.00 repair bill with Bmw to replace an oil pan, oil pan gasket, front axle, and reseal a front windshield that leaks. Yes I did buy a 9 year old car with 110,000 miles but I COULD HAVE bought the same car with these problems for a lot less from someone else. You go to a dealer to avoid things like this, so you feel safe with your purchase. I wish I would have gone to a different dealership. Now I am forced to dump a ton of money into this car or take a huge loss and sell it for cheap. THANK YOU FOR THE WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE BEL AIR HONDA! I have bought numerous used cars from numerous dealerships and have NEVER had a problem like this. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well as typing a review on google. More
