He assured me evrything could be done via the phone and after a couple of phone calls and a Fed-X package later my son picked up his new 2015 Honda Civic on Friday!!! Excellent Customer Service I had never been to Bel Air Honda, in fact I didn't know that it existed until I drove past it. As I was in the market for leasing a car, as a first I had never been to Bel Air Honda, in fact I didn't know that it existed until I drove past it. As I was in the market for leasing a car, as a first time leaser, I figured I would stop in and see what they had to offer. I was greeted at the door by Chris Schroeder, a sales and leasing consultant. Within approximately three hours, I had traded in my old Accord (for which I was given a very generous trade-in value) and I was driving home in my newly leased 2015 Accord. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to review with me, every feature of the Accord. As a first time leaser, he was extremely patient as I considered the different pricing options and lease terms. After my purchase, he has continued to be available to me for any questions that I have. As a consumer who is not a stranger to experiencing poor customer service, Chris was a breath of fresh air. Hondas are wonderful cars and there are many dealers to choose from. When all else is equal, for me, the most important aspect of making a purchase is the customer service that I receive. If this resonates with you, and you are in the market for a new car, then you need to head to Bel Air Honda and ask to speak with Chris Schroeder; you will not be disappointed. More

Oil Change I had an appointment for my first oil change and came in about 15 minutes early for it. Everyone was very friendly. I appreciate they have a toy room so my 3 year old was occupied. The reason my overall experience was only average is because my car wasn't ready for an hour and a half. All I had done was an oil change and a tire rotation. Thankfully my child was in a good mood or else I would have been a lot less patient. I appreciate that the first oil change is free but I had also been led to believe that it also included an exterior cleaning and the car was not washed. Since we had been there for a very long time already, I did not raise the issue. More

On 2/18 I brought the car in because all of the warning lights on the dash lit up, Engine, steering wheel, etc. The salesman told me to bring the car in. The lights were lit when I checked in, the woman who checked me in saw the lights. After about a hour wait a man came out and said when they looked at the car the lights were not lit, no one and they had no idea what caused it. I went on line and found posts that other people had trouble with this. I paid cash for a new car, I would like to know if it has a defect. I did not take down the name of the employee Anita S.
