Oil Change I came in after work because my oil change light came on. I didn't even know I had an oil change light. I pulled into the garage and was quickly gre I came in after work because my oil change light came on. I didn't even know I had an oil change light. I pulled into the garage and was quickly greeted by an employee who took my information. I was recommended a tire rotation, which I agreed to. I was told it would be about an hour. It wasn't an hour, it was quicker. I waited in a comfortable area with delicious fresh baked cookies and a tv to watch. The area was clean. Everyone I met that day was smiling and friendly. I fit into a Fit!!! with better financing then I had? I just went to see if someone of my size could fit into the Fit. To my surprise, I fit perfect. I'm 6'3" tall so most cars i need to look at are much I just went to see if someone of my size could fit into the Fit. To my surprise, I fit perfect. I'm 6'3" tall so most cars i need to look at are much bigger. Then they took my info, after I already had financing set up, and got me a better rate and deal on a 2015 Fit EX. Needless to say I'm one happy customer. I had one little issue I noticed and was able to see them two days later only to have this issue taken care of right away. I will say that I'm not used to dealer hourly labor rates and parts costs but there's not a whole lot that can be done for that.
