THE BEST service experience EVER!!! I have a 2009 Acura TSX and I have been to several Honda/Acura dealerships in the MD, DE area for service returning with a bad experience (ridiculous I have a 2009 Acura TSX and I have been to several Honda/Acura dealerships in the MD, DE area for service returning with a bad experience (ridiculous pricing, unnecessary service recommendations, poor customer service). There was a point where I was planning to sell away my Acura and move to some other brand. I did a lot of searching for reviews online and zeroed this dealership down and I was not disappointed.It was the complete opposite with Belair Honda! It was great working with Richard and I was greatly impressed with the service provided. He provided all the information I needed with patience and he was very courteous. I also was offered competitive and reasonable pricing. Kudos to him and the team!! More

At Bel-Air Honda they got me into the car I wanted at exactly the rate I wanted and have since touched base to check in on my satisfaction with my purchase. When I went to get the oil changed for the first time the service was no different. All of the staff was extremely friendly and got my car in and out in a very timely manner. When the car was complete the technician named "Matt" offered to answer a couple questions I had pertaining to the car and provided me with very good explanations. More

I had been shopping around for a while and Chris assured me that if they didn't have the vehicle on hand, that I wanted, that they would get it for me! I couldn't believe how easy it was to get into my new truck! Most car salespeople give you the run around and disappear, and re-appear for twenty minutes at a time.
