Max was not happy with the way it was prepped for delivery to us. He wanted me to come back and they would take care of it, but I haven't had a chance. So when I brought it in for its oil change, etc. on 1/12/15, I asked if they could clean it then. Max said he would take care of it and did. I have and will continue to recommend Max and Bel Air Honda to my friends and family. More

We purchased the Odyssey from Bel Air Honda and had 2 years experience with the serv Recently traded in my 2013 Honda Odyssey for a 2015 Honda Pilot. We purchased the Odyssey from Bel Air Honda and had 2 years experience with the service department on a 2001 Honda Odyssey we had prior to that. We were so pleased with customer service in all departments, that we couldn't get ourselves to look at other dealers. We were helped by Mike R for both purchases - and we couldn't be happier. Mike is very easy to work with and very personable. When we bough the 2013 Odyssey - our one complaint was how long it took to get through finance. We were both a little leery to see it was the same gentleman handling finance when we purchased the 2015 Pilot. I am happy to say however that the process, while still long, went much more smoothly this time. This was our first time trading in a vehicle that still had a lien out on it - and they made the process simple for us. I am very happy with the sales department, finance, service department and the management at Bel Air Honda. Happy to return and will continue to recommend. More
Warranty Repairs -- dealership was eager to do nothing I scheduled an appointment with the dealership to do warranty-based repairs on a 2013 Honda Odyssey which has a full warranty (factory and dealer). T I scheduled an appointment with the dealership to do warranty-based repairs on a 2013 Honda Odyssey which has a full warranty (factory and dealer). The dealership first claimed I had to pay for them to diagnose the problem even though it was covered by warranty. Then the dealership told me that the problem (a defective wire in the gear shifter) was likely caused by mice living in the engine and not covered by warranty. They quickly changed that story and no longer wanted to discuss mice when I mentioned that I am a lawyer. Then they made me fight to get the service scheduled -- they wouldn't do it the same day, although they hinted it would be done sooner if I agreed to do a $500 maintenance package along with the service which was completely unnecessary. Finally, on the day of service they refused to give me a loaner car and promised the service would take three hours. After three hours with no updates provided, I had to ask them the status and they advised it would be another hour. Another hour later they said it would be another hour. Ended up taking over five hours. I also asked them to tighten the roofrack while I was there because it rattled. They said it needed new screws but the screws were not available on site. Yet another service appointment, more than four weeks later. They said it would take five minutes and ended up taking nearly two hours. More
