I live and work in Bel Air and the closest Acura Dealership is an hour away. At first I was a little hesitant about taking my car anywhere other than a Acura dealership, but after speaking with a member of the service department over the phone and JR Hamilton upon arrival I felt like I had made the right decision. This being my first vehicle service I had a lot of questions and JR was very knowledgable and took the time to answer all of them. The technicians did a great job with the service and even washed my car as well!!! They not only squeezed me in same day and at the last minute, but they by far exhibited the best customer service I have ever experienced at a car dealership. I will be taking my car to Bel Air Honda for ALL future services and look forward to seeing JR and the rest of the Bel Air Honda staff again! More
Half Staff on Saturday A scheduled oil change on Saturday took almost 2.5 hours to complete because they were "short staffed." That's when everyone has time to get their car in for service. It made Jiffy Lube look a little more appealing for my next oil change. Sounds like the service department and the scheduling department need to have a meeting. J.R. was helpful and good to work with. He kept me calm and was apologetic for the experience. More
Stupid Took my 2008 Honda Fit in because something was stuck in my blower. This was a charge of $110, to basically remove my glove box…..There was nothing wrong with my car. I understand this still involved "work" and they obviously should get paid but $110???!?!?!?!? But honestly you come tell from the start it was something stuck in there yet they said they needed to hook my car up to a computer to test it?? Ridiculous. You could tell even the cashier and dealers who helped me out felt a little guilty about the charge. Cashier said if I had any other issues to bring it back right away. I personally will NEVER EVER go there again. I also asked them to put air in my tires because my light was on. They FORGOT and I had to remind them to do this as I was leaving. I mean honestly something this simple job of $110 they couldn't remember to put air in my tires??? The whole situation was just weird and I was never compensated for anything. Like I said I understand they need to get paid and I didn't mind paying for the service but $110. After I left the dealership, we had to return because it wasn't even properly fixed. I believe the manager handle things with my mother which was nice but honestly…. BOTTOM LINE= I WAS A NEW CUSTOMER if they would have cut me a little slack since the task was extremely simple, maybe charged me $70-80 I would have been happy. But instead they charged me $110 and lost ALLLLLLL future business from me and my boyfriend who both owe Hondas. Also, the fact that it WASNT even properly fixed when I left is ridiculous…… More

My recent purchase was a 2013 Honda Odyssey where I was working with Jerry Kalb. Jerry was more then accommodating with my requests and offered a fair deal on the vehicle which worked for both of us. While searching for this vehicle at various dealerships, Jerry and Bel Air Honda were the only dealership that were willing to work with me. For that they once again earned my business and will continue to get my business in the future. More
Great Service The oil change light came on, and I call to make appointment. In addition to the oil change light, a code "A16" also displayed on the dash board. JR showed me a maintenance list and explained the codes to me. I was glad to know that it's time to change the differential fluid so I had that done as well. JR was very professional, and I did not feel pressured like many other places. I was able to apply a service coupon for the differential fluid change.
