Wonderful Experience My check engine light came on and my car was bucking and hesitating. I was so nervous. I called the dealership and spoke to JR Hamilton and explaine My check engine light came on and my car was bucking and hesitating. I was so nervous. I called the dealership and spoke to JR Hamilton and explained the situation. JR was so helpful and advised that I could continue driving it and to bring it to the dealership. When I arrived he had a big smile and calmed me down and said dont worry we will get this looked at and taken care of. He has such a wonderful way with people and I am so greatful that he was the person that took care of me. I work in a customer service enviornment and it so nice to know that there are pleasant and helpful people like him out there to take care of the public. He is awesome. Jason Ray came out spoke with me also very very helpful advised me that it was my ignition oil switch and I had it replaced once before at 36,000 miles. I have 72,000 ,miles now. I left my car overnight and he took care of replacing this promptly in the morning. They changed some inside bulbs and washed my car. He came out in the morning and advised me that he fixed the switch and the bulbs and drove it for a while to make sure everything was ok. They both were so helpful and It was a great experience.
