I called the dealership and spoke to JR Hamilton and explained the situation. JR was so helpful and advised that I could continue driving it and to bring it to the dealership. When I arrived he had a big smile and calmed me down and said dont worry we will get this looked at and taken care of. He has such a wonderful way with people and I am so greatful that he was the person that took care of me. I work in a customer service enviornment and it so nice to know that there are pleasant and helpful people like him out there to take care of the public. He is awesome. Jason Ray came out spoke with me also very very helpful advised me that it was my ignition oil switch and I had it replaced once before at 36,000 miles. I have 72,000 ,miles now. I left my car overnight and he took care of replacing this promptly in the morning. They changed some inside bulbs and washed my car. He came out in the morning and advised me that he fixed the switch and the bulbs and drove it for a while to make sure everything was ok. They both were so helpful and It was a great experience. She knows what I need and makes sure that I have my vehicle service completed as soon as possible because I always wait at the dealership. As an added note the cookies and coffee are great. The salespeople at Bel Air Honda were courteous and fair--and were also motivated to help us find the best deal. We appreciated their quick and non-aggressive response time to emails and phone calls. Dennis Mattheu was a pleasure to work with--he patiently presented us with several vehicles, since we had some trouble deciding on a color and trim, and never once made us feel pressured (even on the coldest day of the year). It was nice to do business with a dealership that had large inventory, friendly and knowledgeable staff and was eager to help us find the best deal. We are satisfied with both our purchase and our experience! More

They are easy to schedule appointments and have very convenient hours. In the last 2 week I have had all three vehicles in for routine maintenance and service. Chrissy Richomd and JR did a great job of quickly getting me checked in, updating me on progress and explaining the results and getting me on my way. The waiting area is always clean, stocked with coffee and fresh baked cookies and free WiFi. The staff is always professional and courteous and a tentative to details. I will continue to take my vehicles there and would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly service staff. More
