I would say a $6000 mistake is not little. Please see Max he will treat you fair and honest, something I can not say about Norris Honda. Great Experience with JR Hamilton I had a great experience working with JR Hamilton at Bel Air Honda service department. On Friday afternoon, I had some concerns with the performance o I had a great experience working with JR Hamilton at Bel Air Honda service department. On Friday afternoon, I had some concerns with the performance of my 2001 Honda Accord. I called the service department and spoke with JR. I wasn’t sure exactly how to explain what I thought was wrong with the car but I knew something was wrong. JR said to bring it in and I would be able to get it checked out. I arrived around 4:00pm and within an hour and a half had a diagnosis and ordered the necessary parts needed for the repair. I brought the car in on Monday evening and JR had me set up with a loaner car. The parts were due to come in Tuesday morning and I was expecting to possibly have my car back late Tuesday or sometime on Wednesday. JR called me midday on Tuesday to let me know my car was ready. I really appreciate the professionalism extended by JR. He was very friendly and honest about the services needed for my car. More
