Charged me, but forgot to perform service I brought my Odyssey in for a recall, oil change, and a broken tail light. First, it took quite awhile to have ticket written up when I dropped the ca I brought my Odyssey in for a recall, oil change, and a broken tail light. First, it took quite awhile to have ticket written up when I dropped the car off the night before. The next day, I arrived, and it took 45 minutes to locate my keys. When the car was finally delivered as complete, and I had paid for everything due, I left to run errands. I was surprised and frustrated to walk around the back of the vehicle to get groceries and notice the tail light was not repaired. Makes me wonder if the other items were done either. I am losing faith in the dealership. More
