2014 Honda CR-V EX-L My partner and I came in looking to buy and finance a Honda CR-V late on a Saturday afternoon, we liked the vehicle we looked at, it was a used CR-V a My partner and I came in looking to buy and finance a Honda CR-V late on a Saturday afternoon, we liked the vehicle we looked at, it was a used CR-V and we started the process. Mike Brack (Sales) and Mike Dowdy (Finance) did what they could but without being able to talk to the actual bank we waited til Monday with a promise from both they'd follow up. Monday rolled around and both Mike B. And Mike D. Called to update but the deal just didn't work for our budget. Mike Brack then went to the New Car Manager and gave him our preferrences and price point and worked until 4pm on Monday when we got the call that we were approved for a brand new CR-V with every single perk we wanted down to the color of the exterior and interior. 3 hours later we drove off the lot in our dream car because of the hard work of these guys and Gals! We did financial paperwork with Allison who was equally as awesome to work with as everyone else had been. During the paperwork process each person who had helped search for the perfect deal came to shake our hands and share in our excitement. Trust two happy buyers and Honda Owners, go find Mike Brack and let him find you what you are looking for and be patient as he does his work! At Bel Air Honda, our salesman Rick Tassone, had a car with the features that we wanted but not the color. He worked out a deal that we were happy with and went the extra mile to find a dealership that had the color we wanted. Rick is a low keyed type of guy and there was no pressure at all. Would highly recommend him. Also Allison(who has moved from sales to finance) was a pleasure to work with. More

I felt he was working to help me get matched up with a car that was a good fit, not only worrying about a sale. At no point did I feel I was getting pressured, but he was very attentive and service oriented throughout the process. This is how auto purchasing should feel. They were honest and I at no point thought they were trying to slip something past me. After recently have a less than desirable purchasing experience down the street at a very large dealer (you know who I'm talking about), this was a breath of fresh air. Oil Change Experience I bought my 2007 Ridgeline at the same location Bel Air Honda is at now and have had it serviced there for 7 years. I usual do not make an appointmen I bought my 2007 Ridgeline at the same location Bel Air Honda is at now and have had it serviced there for 7 years. I usual do not make an appointment for oil changes and just drop in. It usually takes 45mins. to 1 hour. I have been on a tight schedule recently and had tried several times to drop by and get my oil changed but other things came up so I decided to use Bel Air Honda's "Express" oil change and to make things more predictable I made my appointment online thinking at the worse it would take an hour. As I checked in my truck I was told it would be about an hour since I was going to get the complementary car wash which would take an additional 10 minutes. To make a long story short from the time I got checked in (which took 10 minutes waiting to get checked in) to the time I got back in my truck 2 hours had elapsed. After 1-1/2 hours or so I asked the status and was told it would be around in 5 minutes or so. I don't know what was going on in the service department but it would have been nice to have been kept updated on the status and help manage expectations a little better vs. me having to go ask. There a any number of places that can provide that service in a timely manner. More
