But I did want to take the time to thank you and all the people working when I picked up the Pilot. The experience at Belair Honda was truely the polar opposite of the horrific experience i had over the last month and a half. Starting with being shot at while driving and hitting the vehicle i was driving ending with the worst ever experience getting it fixed. A 5 day fix took 26 day, returning the vehicle 3 occasions to correct bad repairs. Not only was the buying experience the best had out of 51 others. But I have to tell you it felt like home. All the Belair Honda people interacting, from sales to repair shop people. That's such a big surprise, I've never in the 51 previous purchases came across the family feel of interaction between a dealership staff. That made me feel very secure that if for any reason I need to bring my vehicle in for repair or service, my vehicle and I will be treated like a family member. Then a couple of months later - yes, just a couple of months - when I wanted to trade up for more "bells and whistles" Peter once again worked his magic and made it happen for me in one day! Always a pleasant experience! I brought my 2013 Accord V-6 Coupe in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by Ms. Chrissi Richmond, the new Assistant Service Manager, w I brought my 2013 Accord V-6 Coupe in for an oil change and tire rotation. I was greeted by Ms. Chrissi Richmond, the new Assistant Service Manager, who assigned Mr. JR Hamilton, who recently transferred from sales to service, to be my service advisor. I have been dealing with Chrissi for years whenever I took my car in for service or repairs. Mr. Hamilton is personable, professional, and always has a smile on his face! He took care of the details and saw to it that I was happy with my visit. While waiting for my car, I usually walk around the showroom and see what's new and which cars are on the floor. Mike Reinsfelder, who sold my car to me in April 2013, enthusiastically gave me a tour of the new models and pointed out all the innovations for the 2015 model year cars at Bel Air Honda. Always a pleasant experience, I look forward to chatting with the friendly, professional folks there. More

After my arrival the staff was very patient answering questions (I read ALL the paperwork, and ask whatever I don't understand) relating to the necessary forms that needed to be completed. Other questions that were more technical related, if the salesperson was unsure of the answer he immediately found someone that could. The service advisor located the information I was looking for (radio lock code), provided me with the service schedule for the vehicle with reasonable prices. He also informed me that the Honda brand oil filters were designed to only allow oil to flow in one direction and were built better than the cheap ones. Very friendly, open to additional questions he provided me with his DIRECT contact information. My entire experience: from handling the sale, arranging the out of state taxes and registration, to maintenance these guys offer a great value without hampering the customer service experience. More

We arrived late and Thomas Smith was about to leave for the day but graciously offered to help us. We had originally planned to test drive a Mazda and Toyota to compare options and prices with the CRV but we had such a successful experience with Thomas that we ended up buying a CRV and were so satisfied with Belair Honda that we didn't feel the need to test drive at other dealerships. Thomas worked with our budget and was very thorough in explaining options and prices on the different models of cars. We are very happy with our black Honda CRV and thankful to Thomas for getting us into a car we love and is within our budget. Allison was amazing and quick at processing our financial paperwork.
