I had been looking at similar vehicles on-line for about a month; you always have to do your homework. So, when I saw two CR-Vs offered at Heritage, I knew that the prices were good. In fact, the Heritage price for comparable features, age and mileage were about $1200 less than closer dealerships were offering. That made the longer drive to Bel Air worth the effort. Jacque's easy-going manner at his desk and on the test drives were appreciated. As I was leaving, after all the paperwork was completed, Jacque said that the dealership wanted to get the car to me as soon as possible (I had planned to get a ride back on the following Saturday). So they were going to deliver it to my house later in the day. That was a nice surprise! In the early evening, after the Heritage staff who normally provide this service had left work, Jacque drove the car to us himself, keeping his and the delearship's promise. Someone from Heritage could have just as easily called to say that no one was available for the delivery and asked me to stop by on Saturday, as I had originally planned. Jacque's attention to that part of the transaction impressed me! More

They brought 3 such vehicles to their lot over the course of 2 weeks, for us to look at and test drive. After 4 visits, we finally found the car we were looking for, and we were given a fair deal by Dennis and Tim. Dennis knows the ropes of pre-owned vehicles and educated us in things to look out for and avoid. Very refreshing. Tim gave us many good ideas as we were trying to figure out what to purchase. He really is the ultimate professional! They were both very honest and responsive to our needs. Chris, who we've known for years and have purchased new cars from, treated us very well. He touched base with us throughout the process and as always, was very responsive. Scott was extremely knowledgeable, professional and efficient in explaining the vehicle financing and preventative maintenance options. He was courteous and not high pressure.
