Bruce provided exceptional service while servicing two cars for me. The was service for a door actuator and brakes along with and oil service. The time to program the key did not take as long as originally estimated and it was checked twice before leaving to be sure it was programmed correctly. During the coordination of working on two cars. Bruce kept me informed of the estimated repairs, the cost and when the cars would be complete. This is all that I can ask for when having work done on my cars. More

Rodney Solle and his manager Terry Hanley eventually backed a vehicle up to the sales center that was a recent arrival and had not even been cleaned up yet. Terry was able to bring the vehicle into reach financially, and it was fully serviced and detailed before pickup. Dennis Mattheu filled us in on the workings of the vehicle, Mike Dowdy was extremely pleasant on the financial side, and finally, Em Kuker, handed over the keys with his fun and exuberant sendoff. We entered the dealership with one picture in mind, and left with something completely different...and are so happy we did! More

I AM a customer now and the reason I gave the DEALERSHIP a 4-point rating in THAT category is because I'd like to see your organization offer the little extra services the other local dealers offer. In my mind, If BelAir Honda offered complimentary oil changes and car washes, for instance, I would expect your following to increase. Would they increase to the point you can give those services away, I dont know, but I believe you WOULD experience incremental prospect and customer numbers.
